Responsibilities or Duties:

  • Engineer customized configurations for IP networking equipment based on customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise IP addressing plans.
  • Deploy planned configuration changes to support site or standards modifications.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation and homing plans.
  • Provide 2nd level support to IP service activation teams.
  • Collaborate with IP Engineers to create and maintain configuration baselines of network equipment.
  • Review and understand site drawings and network diagrams.

    • Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in design, development, and implementation of IP network configurations.
  • Intermediate (CCNA) experience with IP, TDM, and Carrier Ethernet WAN access technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to engineer peering relationships using BGP, OSPF, and HSRP....
