Network Project Engineer

Overview

Perform a wide range of duties on network devices including install, debug, maintain, upgrade and general support. Architect and support WAN connectivity to remote sites. Research, evaluate and recommend network technologies to support business requirements. Evaluate, test and deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the network equipment. Proficient in design and troubleshoot the below:

• BGP
• OSPF
• EIGRP
• Spanning Tree
• 802.1x

Develop, implement, test and maintain disaster recovery plans. Act as a technical escalation point to assist with resolving incidents and tasks as required. Ability to manage multi-tasking network projects. Produce high and low-level designs including implementation and test plans. Work closely with other internal teams for project delivery.
