Description:

Specialists will join the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND) Network Small Cell Real Estate Team in support of small cell new build and modification projects.

This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a “Real Estate Complete” work product.

In addition to supervising third party vendors, responsibilities include managing workflow forecasts and obtaining governmental approvals and permits.
