Job Description

The Level 2+ Network Support Engineer is responsible for owning and supporting the organization’s “Protect and Connect” functions, with a primary focus on network security, firewall management, and incident response. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a secure, resilient, and compliant infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The engineer will take ownership of the Security Platform and core networking stack, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing security and network tools across endpoints, cloud workloads, and SaaS platforms. Acting as a key escalation point, the role requires strong technical judgment during active incidents, along with the ability to analyze complex security events and drive root-cause resolution. This position works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure security controls are enforced, vulnerabilities are remediated, and network performance supports business-critical applications.
