As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for 2nd level partner and support services within the EMEA region. This position works closely with the Line 1 Service Desk and other delivery teams for incident resolution and service request implementation. Key responsibilities include management and maintenance of the Network Operating Centre (NOC), as well as partner and customer technical onboarding.
