Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network and Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our corporate clients.

1. To provide expert-level assistance in resolving system-related issues and other queries that may arise within the scope of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. To set up, manage, and optimize network products and services as part of project-based studies.
