Position : Network Security Firewall & Policies Consultant

Job Description:

• Execute change management and maintenance activities.
• Participate in Major Incident meetings to resolve P1/P2 tickets.
• Handle P3 & P4 incident tickets if not resolved at first level.
• Prepare reports.
• Upgrade and apply patches to security devices.
• Administer and manage VPNs (RA & S2S).
• Renew certificates of security devices.
• Manage device licensing and lifecycle.
• Create knowledge base articles for operational reuse.
• Manage problems related to recurring issues.
