Provide day-to-day operational support and incident resolution
Manage firewalls, load balancers, and L2/L3 network environments
Monitor performance and ensure availability and security
Collaborate with DevOps teams on automation and continuous improvement
Lead initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and support project delivery
