Provide design, installation, project coordination, and technical support for network (LAN/WAN) and telecommunications (phone, video conference, etc) services and associated hardware and software systems to support University applications and systems.Configuration and installation of network components including, but not limited to: switches, routers, telephones, wireless access points, and various other communication technologies.Troubleshooting tier 1 network issues in assistance to desktop technicians and full time staff.Creating and maintaining documentation of campus networked environment.Other duties as assigned.
