Introduction

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with strong experience in managing NOC operations, troubleshooting WAN/LAN issues, and supporting firewalls and routing infrastructure. The role involves handling incident tickets, monitoring network performance, and ensuring smooth IT service operations

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot WAN, LAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Manage and resolve L1/L2 tickets within SLAs in a NOC environment.
  • Perform routing/switching troubleshooting (OSPF, BGP, VLANs).
  • Support firewall configurations, VPNs, and security policies.
  • Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation, logs, and knowledge base updates.
