Job Summary

We are seeking a CCNA certified Network Support Engineer/Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to provide network and voice support. The role involves daily operational activities, first-level monitoring, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and supporting business continuity, while adhering to standardized banking network operations and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow the daily network checklist and perform required operational activities under SME guidance.
  • Provide Level 1 Network and Voice support for change and BAU (Business as Usual) tasks at site.
