Job Title: Network Support Engineer – L1/L2

 Location: Pune (On-site)

Experience Required: 2+ years

Budget: Up to 5.5 LPA (Fixed)

Location : Pune (Local)

Skills set :Basic Python, BGP and other networking protocols, firewall knowledge, CCNP/CCNA, Routing and Switching.CCNA, CCNP certified

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of Routing & Switching
  

• Hands-on experience with BGP and other networking protocols
  

• Basic knowledge of Python (for automation/scripting)
  

• Experience with Firewalls and related security configurations
  

• Good understanding of Network Troubleshooting
  

• Certifications: CCNA / CCNP (Mandatory)
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for network-related issues.
  

• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure , including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  

• Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices as per organizational requirements.
  

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network performance issues .
  

• Work with BGP and other routing protocols to maintain stable and efficient connectivity.
  

• Perform basic scripting/automation tasks using Python (preferred).
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network uptime and resolve escalations.
  

• Maintain documentation related to network configurations and processes.
  

• Ensure networks are secure and follow best practices.
