This role is responsible for providing support for the software and network of their products and working with customers to resolve their issues.

Responsibilities

Regional Software Support & Escalation

• Serve as the regional escalation point for complex software, database, OS, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot internal software, databases, upgrades, migrations, virtualization, and network environments.
• Provide advanced remote support and coordinate on-site assistance when needed.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Training, Coaching & Knowledge Management
