Job Role: Network Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Configure and manage Citrix ADC (formerly NetScaler) for load balancing, SSL offloading, content switching, and GSLB.
Implement and manage high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot load balancing and connectivity issues.
Design and implement secure and scalable load balancing architectures.
Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to support enterprise services.
Apply patches, upgrades, and security hardening for Citrix ADC appliances.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and SOPs.
Perform health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
4–5 years of hands-on experience working with Citrix ADC (NetScaler) in production environments.
