Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Network Support Engineer. The individual will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to users. Other responsibilities include assisting in network-related configurations, analyzing and resolving network performance issues, and implementing network security measures to protect data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge and application of Network Security practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or related credentials are advantageous
