Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Network Support Engineer. The individual will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, maintaining and monitoring network performance, and resolving technical support tickets. Other tasks include assisting in network security implementation, optimizing network configurations, and providing guidance to clients or team members regarding network-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Network Administration and Network Engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in handling Technical Support and Troubleshooting tasks
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring Network Security measures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients effectively
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus
