Job Title: Network Support

Location: Redmond WA

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

· 3 + years’ Network Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles.

· Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.

  • Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations
  • Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence
  • The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable
  • Cross-team collaboration
  • Experience with networking concepts including Load balancer, Routing, Switching, Security
  • Experience and familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark, etc.)
  • Understanding geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies (site to site, point to site preferred, leased line)
  • Experience and understanding of the OSI model and related concepts
