**Description**

Leidos is seeking a **Computer/Network Support Specialist** to ensure the reliability and security of mission‑critical systems and networks. In this role, you’ll maintain infrastructure, troubleshoot outages, and support security authorizations while working in a collaborative, high‑impact environment at our customer site in Suitland, MD.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Diagnose and resolve local area network (LAN) issues, providing timely event notifications.
+ Use diagnostic tools (e.g., visual fault locators, Ethernet testers) to maintain optical and copper cabling.
+ Image, maintain, and repair end‑user hardware including workstations, phones, and printers.
+ Communicate scheduled upgrades and maintenance activities to stakeholders.
+ Create and maintain accurate site documentation using Visio.
+ Deliver first‑line end‑user support and escalate tickets when necessary.
