Job Description

/Responsibilities BioThe Network Support Technician is responsible for IT operations in the facility (or facilities) for which they are responsible. This includes all activities related to infrastructure (design, implementation, and on-going maintenance), as well as end user support activities. This position will work both independently and as part of the larger Enterprise IT Operations team. Will also provide support, as needed, to other Sazerac facilities (existing or acquired).
Responsibilities

Maintain facility (or facilities) infrastructure. This includes design, installation, maintenance, and support of servers, networking and phone equipment. Assist in identifying, tracking and replacing PCs in accordance with the enterprise refresh strategy.
