Network, Systems and Reporting Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network & Cloud Connectivity Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve our enterprise and cloud networking infrastructure, with a strong focus on security, resilience, and performance.

The role sits at the intersection of network engineering, cloud connectivity, and security operations, supporting complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

You will work closely with NOC, SOC, Cloud, and Security teams, contributing to incident management, architecture evolution, and strategic initiatives such as Zero Trust and secure cloud adoption.

This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical depth with operational mindset and cross-team collaboration.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and optimize enterprise-grade network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN).
• Support and evolve multi-cloud networking architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Configure and manage Cisco Meraki environments (switching, wireless, security, SD-WAN).
• Operate and support Zscaler platform (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC, integrations with identity and network).
• Manage and integrate Fortinet solutions (firewalls, VPNs, security policies).
• Ensure secure and efficient integration with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Work on hybrid connectivity between on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Collaborate closely with the NOC for monitoring, performance, and availability.
• Support and coordinate incident management activities, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Contribute to network security posture improvements, aligning with Zero Trust principles.
• Document architectures, procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in technology evaluations, proofs of concept, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Personal Attributes:

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking principles (routing, switching, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, VPN).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking in:
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki.
• Deep knowledge of Zscaler platform (all main components).
• Experience with Fortinet technologies.
• Good understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID integration with network and security solutions.
• Knowledge of Huawei networking technologies.
• Networking or cloud certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Azure/AWS/GCP, Fortinet, Zscaler) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Proven experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience working in large, complex, or regulated organizations.
• Exposure to incident response and operational support in collaboration with NOC/SOC teams.
• Experience in environments with high availability, security, and performance requirements.
