This position is seeking an individual with 1+ year of systems administration experience, particularly with Microsoft O365, including email security tools such as Entra ID, Azure, and Active Directory.
The organization provides technology services and centralized support across multiple environments, including infrastructure, telecommunications, systems administration, and service desk operations. The technical team includes junior and senior specialists who handle software and hardware troubleshooting for a wide range of devices such as Chromebooks, PCs, Windows devices, smart boards, iPads, and other endpoint technologies. Experience supporting these types of technologies is a plus.
