Network Technical Lead

Role responsibilities and requirements for the GNOC/network operations position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of network infrastructure through effective management of the GNOC operational capability and capability.
• Ensure efficient management of ticket through SLA monitoring and quality assurance reviews.
• Ensure GNOC members are equipped to perform proactive monitor network devices to predict or prevent outages across the group esp. On the identified critical sites.
• Assessment of projects and allocation of resources to ensure successful implementation augmenting the existing architecture/engineering team.
• Ensure that the network capacity can meet the business needs and that it is secure.
• Pilot the implementation, administration,/management of the corporate network (including WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN) and communication solutions (VOIP, TOIP)
