Network Technical Lead

Overview

• 1. Ensure availability of network infrastructure through effective management of the GNOC operational capability and capability.
• 2. Ensure efficient management of ticket through SLA monitoring and quality assurance reviews.
• 3. Ensure GNOC members are equipped to perform proactive monitor network devices to predict or prevent outages across the group esp. On the identified critical sites.
• 4. Assessment of projects and allocation of resources to ensure successful implementation augmenting the existing architecture/engineering team.
• 5. Ensure that the network capacity can meet the business needs and that it is secure.
• 6. Pilot the implementation, administration,/management of the corporate network (including WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN) and communication solutions (VOIP, TOIP)
• 7. Supervise and coordinate team of network administrators, balancing existing resources in the zone with additional ones.
