Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Network Voice Eng. to design, implement, and support enterprise collaboration solutions across our global environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in Cisco and Avaya voice technologies, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) On-Prem, Call Manager Express, Webex Calling, Expressway, and Avaya Communication Systems. Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP trunking, and hybrid deployments in Equinix or similar environments is also required.
Location: the candidate must be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey and attend the office at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide operations support for Enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, Data Center, and architect and implement collaboration solutions using Cisco and Avaya technologies.
- Design and support Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) both on-premises and in the cloud.
