Overview

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Network Voice Eng. to design, implement, and support enterprise collaboration solutions across our global environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in Cisco and Avaya voice technologies, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) On-Prem, Call Manager Express, Webex Calling, Expressway, and Avaya Communication Systems. Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP trunking, and hybrid deployments in Equinix or similar environments is also required.

Location: the candidate must be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey and attend the office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operations support for Enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, Data Center, and architect and implement collaboration solutions using Cisco and Avaya technologies.
  • Design and support Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Call Manager Express, Webex Calling, and Expressway environments.
  • Work with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to ensure secure and compliant voice integrations.
  • Migrate legacy Avaya infrastructure to modern Cisco cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with networking and infrastructure teams, especially in Equinix-hosted environments.
  • Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for voice/collaboration infrastructure.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and act as subject matter expert for collaboration-related escalations.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration/voice environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco CUCM (On-Prem & Cloud), CME, Webex, and Expressway.
  • Strong understanding of Avaya Communication Manager and related VoIP technologies.
  • Experience with SIP, SBCs, and voice security.
  • Familiarity with Equinix environments or other data center voice deployments.
  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration) are a strong plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience integrating collaboration tools with Microsoft Teams or other platforms.

Location and travel

Location: Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey. Relocation required. Attendance at the office at least 3 days per week.
