Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with neurological conditions? We are seeking a dedicated Neuro Connect Nurse to join our team and provide vital support services in the community, MSWA supported clinic settings, and high supported accommodation sites. This is a night shift (7:00 pm-7:00 am), permanent part time role with travel required across the Perth metropolitan area.
