Join a multidisciplinary memory care team in Sacramento; outpatient-only with no nights, weekends, or procedures.

Experience in prescribing anti-amyloid therapy

Highlights

• Weekdays only; no call or weekends
• 36 clinical hours/week, outpatient memory care
• Full support team: LVNs, neuropsychologists, RNs, social workers
• Start date as early as February 2026

Practice Setting

• Memory clinic at a major California medical center
• Team includes 11 neurologists and 3 APPs
• Epic EMR in use

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• No after-hours responsibilities
• Credentialing takes 90-120 days

Cases and Procedures

• Dementia, MCI, Alzheimer's, cognitive disorders
• 4-5 new evals per week + 4-5 follow-ups daily
• No interventional procedures

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in Neurology or Psychiatry
• Active California license required
• BLS certification

Travel Accommodations
