Overview
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on sales leader to optimize and scale our New Business function. This role is for someone who has seen a SaaS sales motion work, understands what good looks like, and can raise the bar through better execution, coaching, and process discipline.
You’ll lead a team of 3–5 Account Executives, stay close to deals as a player–coach, and help evolve our inbound-led motion while gradually increasing the impact of outbound. The long-term focus of this role is the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a New Business AE team (3–5 people), with a strong focus on performance, consistency, and deal quality.
- Drive new logo revenue growth by optimizing existing inbound and outbound sales motions.
