Job Description

Seeking entry-level Regional CDL-A Drivers to operate dedicated regional dry van routes. This role is intended for recent CDL-A graduates who have completed truck driving training and are looking for consistent, no-touch freight assignments while maintaining a professional presence with customers and on the road.


Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 to $80,000.


Schedule: Regional routes with two days home every other week.


Equipment and freight: Late-model tractors with automatic transmissions; dry van freight; 100% no-touch handling.



  • Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

  • Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes, adhering to schedules and customer delivery instructions.

  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.

  • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation to meet regulatory and company standards.

  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and represent the employer during interactions at customer locations and on the road.



  • Valid CDL-A license.

  • Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months.

  • Minimum age: 21 years.

  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.

  • Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks.

  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
