New Client Coordinator

We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional client service from the moment someone contacts us. The new client coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients, and this role is critical to helping people feel supported, understood, and confident in choosing us as their legal team. 

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and highly motivated new client coordinator to join our team. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to guide potential new clients, ensuring they feel supported from the very first contact and remain engaged and reassured through the first 90 days of representation. 

$55,000 plus performance bonuses
