New Consultant Development Program 2026 - COL

Aimpoint Digital is looking for talented individuals to join our growing team for a full-time position starting in July 2026.

Associates will participate in our hands-on, in-person onboarding program with other Data Engineers, Analytics Consultants, and Decision Scientists to prepare for consulting engagements focused on delivering data and analytic advisory and solutions here at Aimpoint Digital. Applicants must either live in Medellin or be willing to relocate to Medellin for the first six months of the program. By participating in this program, we anticipate this will better prepare you, our newest consultants, for project-based work at Aimpoint Digital.
