  • 1 year intensive & multi-dimensioned program.
  • 9 months mainly operations (3 months in kitchen, 6 months in service, bar and admin)
  • 3 months: Diverse kinds of training with internal active & hands-on projects including supporting our overseas businesses to solve our REAL issues on ground.
  • Pass the assessment of kitchen & bar within 6 months.
  • Training to become Assistant Manager/Outlet in charge
  • Handle operations alone
  • Able to train new staff
  • Ensure great CX/EX (Customers experience / Employee experience)
  • Figure Management (Setting targets and Analysis)
  • Outlet schedule
  • Plan and Manage working shifts and Labour costs
  • Outlet ordering
