Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our organisation as Graduate Trainees. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills and a keen interest in customer handling, client interaction, and corporate operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operational and administrative activities
  • Handle customer and client communications professionally via calls, emails, and chats
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
  • Support customer queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer-related documentation

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduates only
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
  • Graduation must be completed (final-year students are not eligible)

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, documentation tools)
