Background

i) Educational Qualification

Essential :

§ We currently are understaffed for experienced 2W engineers to do our bike evaluations.

§ Need young engineers / Diploma with sufficient 2W vehicle testing & validation exposure/passionate about 2W.

§ Training from certified agencies will be an additional bonus.

§ Desirable: Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile

ii) Experience

Minimum: 3

Maximum: 8

iii) Age Limit

Minimum: 21

Maximum: 28

Job Role

Role: Outdoor Test Rider

Responsibilities:

§ Outdoor/Indoor test planning & execution, managing platform, track safety, Bike evaluations, Assembly, Instrumentation & data analysis. Objective data analysis

Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

§ Advance 2W knowledge, Instrumentation/ data logger knowledge & data analysis

Behavioral

§ Soft spoken, confident, Assertive

Specific expertise required for functional area:

§ 2W riding skills – Test Track, On road & Off Road.

§ Safety awareness & Physical fitness

§ Instrumentation – Knowledge of data logger system like VBoX, 2D Data recording, Tellert etc.

§ Data handling & analysis.

§ Knowledge of IS/ECE standards, Homologation requirements.

§ Team management.

§ Training from certified agencies will be an additional bonus.
