Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Engineer located in Chennai. The New Product Development Engineer will lead and manage the end-to-end process of developing new products — from concept design to production launch. The role involves Managing and creating quotations for RFQs competetively, driving innovation, ensuring cost-effective process design, coordinating cross-functional teams (design, production, quality, procurement, and marketing), and aligning product strategy with business goals and ensure high RFQ conversions.
