New Product Development Manager

At Magick Home, our New Product Development (NPD) Manager plays a critical role in shaping innovative, high-quality furniture solutions.

This role oversees the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on Design for Manufacturing (DFM), cost efficiency, and quality control. The objective is to ensure that every product balances aesthetics, functionality, manufacturability, and value.

Through close collaboration with design, sourcing, and production teams, the NPD function ensures that ideas are transformed into scalable, market-ready products that meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
