Designation : Assistant Manager - NPI

Roles and Resposibilities :

• Leads the NPI/NPS organization. Is fully responsible for defining, developing, and executing the NPI/NPS Processes. Identify the training requirements to support all NPI / NPS activities. Provides the link between NPI / NPS and mass production.
• Supervise, equip and coach NPI Engineers to ensure consistency in execution and performance to meet NPI Goals.
• Analyse the training needs for NPI Engineers/Team.
• Carry out Performance Appraisal for NPI Team. Identifies strengths and weakness. Develop plans to address shortcomings to meet defined department goals.
