About You:
You’re a relationship builder, a trusted advisor, and a growth driver. You thrive on connecting with clients, spotting opportunities, and delivering smart solutions that make a real impact. You’re proactive, persuasive, and always focused on results.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the account relationship. Map, orchestrate, and manage ongoing stakeholder and executive relationships between Fusion5 and the client. Build and maintain your own strong relationships with client’s key stakeholders.
- Present customers with value and insights, challenging them to achieve their goals.
- Develop and execute account plans, aligning with customer goals and industry trends.
- Promote awareness and adoption of Fusion5 offerings, driving cross-sell and demand generation across multiple pillars.
- Secure revenue streams and achieve year-on-year growth, meeting account management KPIs and sales targets, whilst capitalising on cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as the escalation point for major customer issues, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with consulting and practice teams to develop statements of work and new service engagements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and forecasting in CRM.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, taking ownership of proposals, tenders, and contracts.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in account management and solution selling, ideally in ERP or CRM solutions.
- Selling experience in Data, AI, Managed Services, Commerce and/or Transformation Advisory would also be favourable.
- Account Management experience in the logistics, manufacturing and retail sectors will also be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of revenue growth, client retention, and account development.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing multiple clients and priorities with a structured, proactive approach.
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and interpersonal) with a professional consultative approach.
- Thrive on identifying potential solutions to business problems, developing and implementing sales strategies, and delivering top quality account management service.
- Be energetic, driven and tenacious with a natural desire to achieve in a competitive climate.
- Strong CRM hygiene.
