**This Opportunity**
WSP is seeking a **New York State Structural Engineering Group Leader** to provide visible, hands-on leadership for one of the firm’s most established and respected structural practices within our Transportation and Infrastructure business. This role combines technical excellence, major-project leadership market-facing business development with responsibility for growing and inspiring a statewide team of more than 70 structural professionals.
This is a dual-impact leadership role designed for a senior structural practice leader who wants to help win, shape and deliver complex transportation projects, while also building the next generation of leaders and collaborating across regions to grown WSP’s national structural platform.
