Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in news writing/editing or journalism
Hands-on experience working with newspapers or digital news platforms
Preferred Skills & Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable outcomes
Experience using AI tools for content creation or curation
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Proven stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of the creator economy and news ecosystem
Ability to shape stories and products for diverse audiences
Experience in online media, news curation, or content creation—especially video-focused content
Video editing experience using tools such as Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects
