SKILLS:</b><br/><br/>Payroll:<br/><br/>- Payroll Review - review of work done by the payroll team including the deliverables.<br/><br/>- Payroll Reports - in Excel (CTC Reco, Variance Analysis etc).<br/><br/>- Team Handling - Working Planning and Scheduling, Team Coordination etc.<br/><br/>- Team Leading - work division, team motivation and moral.<br/><br/>- Client liaison Should be independently able to do Client Communication and Coordination.<br/><br/>- Process improvement - Continually refine payroll process.<br/><br/>- Reporting Matrices - develop and monitor Key Matrices for Payroll process.<br/><br/>- Regulations - knowledge of all relevant regulations for payroll including PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.<br/><br/>- Team leading.<br/><br/>- Proficient in MS Office-especially Excel.<br/><br/>- Good written and verbal communication.<br/>...
