Summary
Nexora is hiring talented professionals across multiple Zoho-focused roles to support our growing portfolio of automation, implementation, consulting, sales, and project delivery engagements. These roles involve working on complex, high-impact Zoho solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business value to clients.
Responsibilities
Analyze client business processes and requirements
Design, configure, and implement Zoho-based solutions
Develop and optimize workflows, automation, and Deluge scripts
Customize Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, Books, and related products
Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation and deployment projects
Handle API integrations and third-party system connectivity
Support pre-sales activities including demos, solution design, and proposals
Lead or collaborate with technical, sales, and project teams
Ensure data migration, accuracy, testing, and quality assurance
Maintain proper documentation of solutions, workflows, and configurations
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Support ongoing system optimization, upgrades, and improvements

Sales professionals with experience in SaaS or Zoho solutions
Project managers with CRM/ERP/SaaS implementation experience

Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with Zoho products
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, and related applications
Experience with Deluge scripting and workflow automation
Understanding of business processes and solution mapping
API integration and third-party system experience (preferred)
Experience in implementation, consulting, sales, or project management (role-dependent)
Ability to write clean, scalable, and secure solutions
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Zoho certification (preferred or mandatory, depending on role)
