Job description <p> </p> <p>Architect (NextJS)</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Architectural Leadership</p> <p>Design and implement scalable highperformance web applications using Nextjs React and modern JavaScript frameworks</p> <p>Define architecture standards best practices and reusable components for Experience Engineering projects</p> <p>Client Engagement</p> <p>Act as a trusted advisor to clients understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions</p> <p>Conduct workshops demos and technical discussions with client stakeholders</p> <p>Solution Delivery</p> <p>Lead endtoend solution design for headless CMS microservices and APIdriven architectures</p> <p>Ensure compliance with security performance and accessibility standards</p> <p>Team Collaboration</p> <p>Mentor development teams across onsite and offshore locations</p> <p>Coordinate with crossfunctional teams UIUX QA DevOps to ensure seamless delivery</p> <p>Innovation Best Practices</p> <p>Drive adoption of modern engineering practices like CICD cloud deployments and automated testing</p> <p>Stay updated on emerging trends in Nextjs React and Experience Engineering</p> <p>Required Skills Experience</p> <p>Technical Expertise</p> <p>10-14 years of experience in frontend architecture and development</p> <p>Strong handson experience in Nextjs React TypeScript Nodejs</p> <p>Proficiency in SSRISR App Router GraphQLREST APIs and state management ReduxZustand</p> <p>Familiarity with cloud platforms AWSAzureGCP DockerKubernetes</p> <p>Experience Engineering</p> <p>Proven track record in designing customercentric digital experiences</p> <p>Knowledge of Core Web Vitals performance optimization and responsive design</p> <p>ClientFacing Skills</p> <p>Excellent communication and presentation skills</p> <p>Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver highquality solutions</p> <p>Preferred</p> <p>Exposure to headless CMS Sitecore Contentful and ecommerce platforms</p> <p>Experience in Agile delivery models and distributed teams</p> <p>Behavioral Competencies</p> <p>Strong leadership and collaboration skills</p> <p>Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders</p> <p>Problemsolving mindset with a focus on innovation</p> Skills <p> </p> <p><b>Mandatory Skills : </b></p> <p>Portal development using NextJS, ReactJS, HTML/CSS/Bootstrap, Experience in headless architecture, Server side rendering / generation, GraphQL, Sitecore XM cloud</p>
