Role: Nexthink

Experience: 4-6

Location: Bangalore

Must Have:

Monitor and analyze DEX metrics using Nexthink.

Develop and optimize NQL queries, dashboards, and custom categories.

Implement and manage Remote Actions, alerts, and diagnostics.

Integrate Nexthink with tools like Splunk, ServiceNow, and Azure Apps.

Utilize Nexthink APIs and connectors for seamless data flow.

Maintain and automate tasks using PowerShell scripts.

Apply the Nexthink data model for accurate reporting and insights.

Collaborate with IT teams to improve endpoint performance and user satisfaction.

Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for digital experience issues.

Familiarity with RBAC roles and campaign management.

Ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
