General understanding of contact center workflow and IVR applications

Knowledge of Nice CXOne applications like Central, CX softphone, salesforce agents, CXOne reporting and dashboard and Omnichannel routing

IVR call flow experience.

Experience in working on projects with IVR call flow modifications to promote self service.

Hands on experience on REST API.

Experience on JIRA
