- Studio Development Experience in Nice CxOne(Voice, IVR and Multi-channel)
- Configuration of Agents, Skill, Campaign, HOOP, Workflow data item creation and handling
- Experience in designing reports and understanding them.
- Experience in developing and debugging routing solutions using Nice CxOne and Nice CxOne Studio.
- Working knowledge of Nice Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components
- Knowledge on Nice CxOne Analytics and Interactions.
- Ability to architect routing design and development for the customer
- Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales force integration will be added advantage
