This role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining NICE inContact Contact Center solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support NICE inContact Studio, ACD, IVR, WFM, and QM modules
  • Integrate NICE inContact with CRM platforms and third-party APIs
