Job Description
Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiriesduring the night shift, ensuring smooth service.
Audit & Reporting: Reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare nightaudit reports, and ensure accurate posting of all accounts.
Guest Support: Respond to guest requests and issues promptly, maintaining high servicestandards.
Safety & Security: Monitor hotel premises during night hours, ensuringthe safety of guests and employees.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments for room status updates, special requests,and any overnight operational needs.
