Night auditor

to be part of our team at our luxurious 5*boutique hotel in Oia, Santorini for the 2026 season.

Job Summary

The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front office operationsduring the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, hotel security, and theaccurate completion of daily financial reports. This role combines guestservice duties with accounting responsibilities and requires a high level ofattention to detail, integrity, and professionalism in line with 5-star hotelstandards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all front desk operations during the night shift.
  • Perform late check-ins and early check-outs efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property during night hours.
  • Accurately audit, balance, and close daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
  • Verify room rates, charges, payments, and posting accuracy.
  • Process billing, cash handling, and credit card transactions according to hotel procedures.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status.
  • Monitor arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special requests.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and 5-star service standards.
  • Report incidents, maintenance issues, or discrepancies to management.

    • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Front Office Agent in a luxury or 5-star hotel (preferred).
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS Pylon will considered as an asset.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good command of English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
