For the season of 2026 we are looking for:

Night Auditor

A night auditor ensures of the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. The position combines customer service and basic accounting duties to reconcile the day’s financial activities & assist guests during the night.

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversees the front office during the overnight shift
  • Provide a friendly & warm welcome to all guests
  • Maintain the main lobby and front desk in order
  • Demonstrate exceptional guest service, being proactive in all guests' requirements & requests, with their prompt & successful resolution
  • Ability to answer guest calls and handle them appropriately
  • Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest can be in person and by phone
  • Ascertain guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges, and presents bill to guest
  • Settle bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction
  • Perform night audits of hotel financial records & balance accounts
  • Perform end of day duties and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with the morning shift to ensure seamless handover

    • Job requirements:

  • Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position
  • Familiar with hotel management system software & Microsoft Outlook environment [knowledge of FIDELIO is a plus.]
  • Fluency in English & Greek is required.
  • Demonstrating a pleasant & positive professional image to both guests & the rest of the team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
